Jose Amistoso, Jr., or better known as simply JR, is a holder of two licenses from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). He is a registered nurse where he was a dean’s lister back in college. At the same time, JR is a real estate broker who garnered the following achievements even just being in the industry for a little over 5 years:

- 2012 Top Condominium Seller of the Year in Primary Homes
- 2014, 2013 and 2012 – Top independent broker for Primary Homes, Incorporated

Since JR has always been fascinated being in sales, he decided to focus on real estate and make it his profession. The awards above did not only make him determined with his chosen career but even encouraged him to widen his scope as a broker assisting customers in construction, design, furnishings, rentals, etc.
JR is now keen on real estate as a form of investment, which he primarily offers to his clientèle. A believer of “walk what you talk”, he himself is an investor of properties in Cebu City. More importantly, he is committed to after service and is constantly upgrading himself by attending seminars and training to better in his path.
Jose is guided with his vision of elevating Cebu as a prime real estate destination, while continuously upgrading his expertise with hands-on experience in both the bigger picture and the finer details of property management.
